CLIENT: San Diego Bride & Groom | PROJECT: Summer Issue
DESCRIPTION: 4-color magazine design for summer issue.
CHALLENGE: The publisher wanted an opening spread feature articles done on "Bride Maids" featuring as a backdrop the historical Hotel Del Coronado. She wanted the dress to reflect the hotel and the backdrop image. It was to be fun and lively and again very southern California on first glance.
GOAL REACHED: We selected the dresses for the models based on the hotel famous architecture. Red was the right decision. We want to take the shot from the beach to tie it into the cover image. The typography was elegant and lovely, very feminine. The models very selected to based on their natural beauty and cultural diversity. Very well received.
